Style File | The Pixie

Is this the year of the Pixie cut?! More and more celebrities are opting to end the year on a high note -- with the a pixie cut! It sure is a quick way to make a dramatic change to your appearance. I am loving their courage to opt for such a drastic change, especially in an industry where your looks can make or break you.
