Wednesday wants!

New year, new you? No? Me either. So, instead of making promises I may not be able to keep, I will just continue working out 4 - 5 times a week and making healthy food choices (for the most part). After all I've been able to maintain my weight this past year and you know what they say... if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
