Dry Rub...

Dry Rub
Here is a great dry rub for meat and poultry; mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

6 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon onion powder
3 tablespoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 1/2  tablespoon ground oregano
