This weeks recipe...

Cran Razzy

2 cups of cranberry-raspberry juice

2 cups of seltzer

2 tbsp lime juice

6 ounces (2/3 cup) vodka

1/2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries for garnish

4 lime wedges for garnish

1. If you are using fresh raspberry, you should freeze them in a single layer for a few hours or overnight if possible.

2. Mix ingredients in a pitcher and divide in four ice filled cups. Garnish with frozen raspberries and lime wedges.

Watermelon Martini

3 oz Ketel One Citroen

1 oz Watermelon Pucker

1/2 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 splash lemonade

1 splash 7-Up

Watermelon slice for garnish

Mix all ingredients together over ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Calling all citrus lovers...

Orange Splash

2 oz Absolut Citron Vodka

1 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 splash of fresh lime juice

1 splash of orange juice

Sugar and orange slice for garnish

Pour all ingredients over ice in a shaker or a large glass and shake vigorously. Rim a glass with sugar and serve on the rocks. Garnish with an orange slice.
